What Memory Care Means

For our residents with cognitive impairments, maintaining a lifestyle that supports their freedom is imperative. Through thoughtfully-designed suites and person-centered care, we offer a structured program designed to help with memory challenges.

We understand that your loved one’s needs may change, and we have the tools and resources to adapt when necessary. Our staff is thoroughly trained to ensure they can provide the best possible comfort and care for our members with cognitive impairments.

Identifying Level of Support

If you feel your loved one may benefit from our Memory Care program, we’d love to help. Before becoming a member of our community, we’ll have you meet with one of our registered nurses to assess what exactly your loved one needs. We can with:

Personal hygiene/toileting

Medication assistance

Enriching Connections

Enriching Connections is a specialized program developed to train our staff working in Memory Care. The program is designed to give our team members the knowledge and resources necessary to help our residents live their lives comfortably and safely while dealing with dementia.

Our Enriching Connections program is based on 7 foundational elements:
